Description
For this piece, I was tasked with creating an advertisement for a certain demographic centered around a specific object, which in this instance was a pair of headphones.
Challenge
Entice Gen-Z college students, specifically boys, to purchase a set of headphones for use in their day-to-day lives.
Most advertisements need an intrinsic level of intrigue to get someone interested in what’s on them, so highlighting said area of interest was at the forefront when creating this product flyer. Focusing on the headphone’s ability to relay energy and rhythm through music was a major factor in propagating this synonymously within a design.
Moving to the Mental Picture
Solution
Focusing on the idea of what headphones are known for, sound and technology, cool colors are used alongside flat and angled vector graphics to invoke an enveloping tone and a sense of style

Hearing the Hierarchy
The final variation of the design chosen had many elements depicting a greater range of eye flow and content margins, producing the highest level of emotional resonance for the viewer, which is ultimately what led to its selection and subsequent refinement.
